Custom programming and development starting at $600 each depending on module and extent of customisation.  Please contact us for a fee.

WEBSITE ANNUAL HOSTING FEE
$250.00 per year (This fee is the WEBSITE HOSTING fee – A THIRD PARTY FEE).  The hosting fee is billed annually for shared hosting.  If you require hosting, please let us know.  Some websites require a dedicated server hosting.  Bohemia Design will notify the Client should they require special hosting services for their website and any additional fees that may apply.

CHANGES FEE
Any significant changes made throughout your project will incur a changes fee. We will notify you prior to making any significant changes if you will be billed a Changes Fee at the end of your project.  Changes fee cost $110.00 per hour or part thereof.  Small changes such as typos or minor changes will not incur any fee.

ON-GOING SUPPORT
Website Support is offered to all our Clients at the hourly rate of $110 per hour or part thereof.  The Client will be notified of the fee prior to working on any area of concern and may negotiate a fee with the Client for work carried out.  Bohemia Design offer on-going complimentary phone support to all our Clients for simple concerns.  If a job requires further work or requires more time to troubleshoot, Bohemia Design will notify the Client in advance if a fee is expected for the job required.  The fee will be agreed on between the Client and Bohemia Design prior to any work carried out by Bohemia Design.

 

GET SOCIAL!
Bohemia Design now offer our Social Media updates packages for all our Clients.  This service is run on a month to month basis with no lock in contracts.  Our Social Media updates include posting to Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter to name a few.  Initially, if you do not have Social Media set up, we can do this for you for our initial set up fee of $250.00.

$550 per month, payable in advance at the start of each month – includes

  • Creative and simple posts – posting the same articles across Facebook and LinkedIn – 3 x per week (no posts on weekends).  Some images / photos will need to be provided by the Client but for the most part, free images can be used when posting to Social Media.
  • Meeting once a month to discuss strategies and statistics and how to improve on generating number of reaches per post and clicks to website.
  • Content /articles must be supplied by Client if they wish to have links from social media to go back to their website.  We offer creative writing should you require this service.
  • Excel spreadsheet report will be delivered at the end of each month to show social media activity.
  • No lock in contracts…get social month by month!

CREATIVE CONTENT WRITING FOR WEBSITES AND OR BLOGS
Creative Content writing for blogs using Keywords to help improve your Search Engine Ranking: $50 per article payable in advance.  We use our own copy writer and will email you his details upon request so that you can deal directly with him.

PHOTOGRAPHY
Photography Fee: $110.00 per hour.  Bohemia Design can come out and take all Client photos.  This usually takes around 2 to 3 hours.
Post Production Photography Fee: $110 per hour.  Bohemia Design will always touch up all photos taken to produce high-quality professional finishes.  This usually takes 2-3 hours.

 

ADDING HTTPS
HTTPS protects the integrity of your website. HTTPS helps prevent intruders from tampering with the communications between your websites and your users’ browsers. Intruders include intentionally malicious attackers, and legitimate but intrusive companies, such as ISPs or hotels that inject ads into pages.  Updating websites from HTTP to HTTPS Fee – $330.00 per website.   Adding HTTPS notifies your users that your website is a trusted website.

PURCHASING OF GENERIC PHOTOGRAPHS FOR USE ON YOUR WEBSITE
Please do not send us photos you do not own or that you or your company have not personally taken.  Stealing photos from the internet is illegal.  Please purchase photos to be used on your website from Deposit Photos – https://depositphotos.com/.  Purchasing photos in Large file format is usually best for most projects.
